Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has approved a revised SOP for industry use of MoD proof ranges, field firing ranges and test facilities, waiving testing charges for iDEX, TDF and Make projects, reserving a three-day quarterly proof-firing slot and replacing arbitration with a conciliation clause.
