INS Nipun commissioned at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai

The Indian Navy commissioned INS Nipun, the second Nistar class Diving Support Vessel, at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, with Chief of the Naval Staff Adm Krishna Swaminathan citing an increasingly contested maritime environment and Vice Adm Sanjay Vatsayan among those in attendance.
