Pakistan FIA Red Book Puts PKR 70 Lakh On Masood Azhar Weeks Before The FATF Plenary

The Federal Investigation Agency's 2026 Red Book lists Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a fugitive and raises the reward on him to PKR 70 lakh, up PKR 20 lakh from 2021. Indian intelligence assessments from the past six months place him in Nawabshah in Sindh, not Afghanistan as Islamabad has claimed since 2021. The edition also carries 19 names tied to the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, two of which have had their photographs and Lashkar-e-Taiba affiliations removed.
