First woman Fighter Combat Leader: Sqn Ldr Bhawana Kanth qualifies at TACDE Gwalior

Squadron Leader Bhawana Kanth has become the first woman Fighter Combat Leader in the Indian Air Force, qualifying from the demanding course at TACDE, Gwalior, the force's premier air combat school. One of the first three women commissioned into the fighter stream in 2016, she now joins the small band of pilots trained to plan and lead complex air operations.
