IAF transport aircraft RFP opens the race to replace the An-32 fleet

The Defence Ministry has issued a Request for Proposal for 60 new transport aircraft for the Indian Air Force to replace the ageing AN-32 fleet, with Tata, Mahindra, Adani Defence and HAL invited to partner foreign OEMs and build the aircraft in India.
