Indigenous waterjet propulsion clears maiden Factory Acceptance Trials for Coast Guard FPVs

Waterjets built at the MJP India plant in Goa have passed their first Factory Acceptance Trials in front of the Indian Coast Guard, a classification society and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited. The units are for the Coast Guard's 14 Fast Patrol Vessel project, the first Indian shipbuilding programme to be fitted with indigenously manufactured MJP waterjets.
