Expendable Turbo Jet Engine in the 350 kg class is delivered to GTRE by Azad Engineering

India's first indigenous expendable turbojet in the 350 kg thrust class, designed by DRDO's Gas Turbine Research Establishment and manufactured by Azad Engineering of Hyderabad, was delivered to the laboratory on 22 July. The Ministry of Defence named no platform, no programme and no user service.
