Durand Cup 2026 Kicks Off with the Kolkata Derby as 24 Teams Enter the 135th Edition

Durand Cup 2026 opens on 25 July with the Kolkata Derby between Mohun Bagan Super Giant and East Bengal FC at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan. The 135th edition of Asia's oldest football tournament, organised by the Indian Armed Forces, features 24 teams in six groups across Kolkata, Ranchi, Imphal, Shillong and Guwahati, with the final in Kolkata on 23 August.
