AMCA bid deadline extended to 30 October as vendors seek more time

The Aeronautical Development Agency has extended the deadline for vendors to bid for the development of the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft, India's fifth generation stealth fighter, to 30 October 2026, with bids to be opened on 31 October. Defence officials said the bidders had sought more time to submit their proposals.
