NASA ISRO Moon Base offer follows India-US space talks in Bengaluru

The United States mission in India has said NASA invited ISRO to join its Moon Base programme, a line carried by Ambassador Sergio Gor and the US Embassy after the ninth India-US Civil Space Joint Working Group met in Bengaluru. The joint readout and New Delhi's own account stay on TRUST-framed cooperation and stop short of confirming it.
