Rajnath Singh Koizumi meeting in Cebu puts joint warship design and a Tokyo 2+2 on the table

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Japan's Defence Minister Shinjiro Koizumi met on the sidelines of the 13th ADMM-Plus in Cebu, reviewed progress on joint naval shipbuilding, mine countermeasures, air force cooperation and a 40-company industry forum, and agreed to speed up work on a 2+2 and a Defence Ministers' Meeting in Tokyo later this year.
