Defence blacklisting policy to cap vendor bans at five years with sunset clause, says Defence Secretary

The DAC-approved defence blacklisting policy will cap vendor bans at five years, up to seven in extreme cases, followed by a sunset clause, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh said, adding that drones will be bought mostly through the fast-track route.
