Rs 1.10 lakh crore DAC clearance spans CBRN vehicles, Arudhra Radars and jammer

The Defence Acquisition Council cleared capital acquisition proposals worth about Rs 1.10 lakh crore on Monday, covering CBRN Recce Vehicles and Advanced Light Helicopters for the Army, Arudhra Radars and Marine Gas Turbines for the Navy, and a Ground Based Multi Purpose Jammer for the Air Force. About 98 percent is set to be sourced from Indian industry.
