COAS Russia MoD talks bring call on Deputy Minister Yevkurov

Gen Dhiraj Seth, Chief of the Army Staff, called on the Russian Ministry of Defence and held talks with General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, Deputy Minister of Defence, on the diplomatic leg of his ongoing Russia visit, before a separate call on India's Ambassador to Russia, Vinay Kumar.
