COAS Russia visit begins with Guard of Honour, Moscow talks

General Dhiraj Seth's official visit to Russia opened in Moscow with a Guard of Honour and a tribute at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, followed by talks with the Russian Land Forces chief, before a National Defence Control Centre stop and a leg to Saint Petersburg's artillery academy.
