IAF Assam flood relief airlifts 458 as Nagaland operations continue

Indian Air Force helicopters have evacuated 458 stranded citizens and delivered more than nine tonnes of relief supplies across flood-hit Assam and Nagaland over the past ten days, flying in difficult weather alongside the Army and civil authorities.
