BIMSTEC National Security Chiefs Adopt Maritime HADR Guidelines as Doval Hosts Fifth Round

The fifth Meeting of the BIMSTEC National Security Chiefs in New Delhi on 16 July adopted guidelines for the maritime component of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, and endorsed guiding principles on the conduct of maritime law enforcement agencies at sea. NSA Ajit Doval hosted all six other member states.
